As credit and collection manager for a major television corporation, working with national ad agencies is an important part of my job. It’s also an area I wanted to learn more about.
NYMCG was just the resource I needed to give me the knowledge and experience I was looking for.
Membership gives me the opportunity to network with other corporate credit and collection managers in the media industry. Association with these professionals has provided me with practical ideas on approaching national ad agencies and handling their accounts. It’s also helped me discover better methods for managing the credit and collection function at the corporate level as a whole.
Developing working relationships with credit and collection professionals in my industry is an important and helpful aspect of NYMCG membership. Monthly meetings and seminars offer valuable educational opportunities. Discussing various issues relating to our businesses provides relevant information and insight I could get nowhere else.
